Game 45: Mets vs. Braves @ Turner Field

Oliver Perez searches for his third defeat of the Braves this season.

The Good: Perez was brilliant through seven innings and David Wright hit his eighth home run of the season. Wright's homers have all come this month. Jose Reyes added a stolen base and Carlos Gomez had a sac fly rbi. Billy Wagner would close the game out for the Mets with his 12th save of the year.

The Bad: Carlos Delgado was dropped down to the sixth spot in the order but that can be seen as a good thing.

Overall: Clean, solid win.

Notes: With tonight's win, Perez is tied for the NL lead.

Final Score: Mets 3, Braves 0. Record: 29-16.
